Binders have a 30-day return and exchange policy, receipt required. All returns and exchanges must be unopened and in sellable condition unless defective.

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON:
Airbrushes, Books, Clip Art, Computer Software, Compressors, Custom Framing, Cut Items, Discontinued items, Easels, Gift Certificates, Graphics (Chartpak, Letraset, Pantone), Magazines, Marble Papers, Markers & Pens, Rubber Stamps and any Special Orders.

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON:
Mat Cutters, Portfolios, and Projectors unless they are returned for upgrades.

REIMBURSEMENT:
Cash refunds under $50 will be paid from store in cash.

Cash refunds over $50 will be paid by company check and mailed from our corporate office in Atlanta, GA. within 10 working days.

Returns (less than 10 days old for any dollar amount) paid with a check will be paid by company check and mailed from our corporate office in Atlanta, GA. within 10 working days.

Returns paid with a credit card will be credited from store and only to that same credit card originally charged.
